Prepare For Class

You’re going to work hard for 45 minutes and it should make you feel amazing. So make sure you have some energy in the tank and have a healthy snack (but no big meals) if you’re hungry before class.

Some of you may have things planned right after class so we like to start and end on time. To ensure we do we ask you to be present 10 to 5 minutes before class starts.

Is this your first class? Try to be present 10 minutes before the start of the class so we can get you setup properly & safe on the bike. For Booty class please make it 5 min. If you have any injuries make sure to tell Birgit at the start of class.

What To Bring To Spin

We’ve mostly got you covered with a world-class spin bike and a small towel.

Please bring:

  • Closed shoes that have a good grip
    (or SPD shoes if you have them)

  • Water bottle

  • A jumper/sweater/hoody to keep you warm at, or until the start of the class
